The Army SX 86 top Aluminum exhaust pipe is specially designed and developed for 50 cm³ Beta RR motorcycles from 2011 onwards. The perfect match with an 86 top aluminum cylinder kit. The SX 86 top aluminum is unique in its category because it is made 100% by hand without any robot involvement. Even the exhaust outlet part, which requires much more precise and time-consuming work than a “standard” pipe. The Army SX 86 pipe consists of 22 laser-cut steel sheets that are then welded one by one by hand. It takes more than 5 hours of work for each exhaust, not counting cutting and assembly time. Our exhausts are made in Spain by the best exhaust pipe manufacturer in Europe. The SX 86 pipe comes with an Army Black aluminum silencer. The Army SX 86 pipe also fits Rieju MRT and Sherco 50 cm3*

Carefully clean the application area of your 50cc with a mild degreaser to remove dust, dirt, and oil residues. A clean surface is essential for your holographic decor kit to adhere properly.
Measure precisely the area to be decorated on your 50cc motorcycle decoration kit. Use a non-permanent pencil to lightly mark the outlines and facilitate the alignment of the vinyl during installation.
Partially peel off the backing of the vinyl or sticker. Carefully position it on the marked area, then gradually remove the backing while smoothing the material with a squeegee or microfiber cloth to eliminate air bubbles and ensure perfect adhesion.
Check that the vinyl is well secured over the entire surface of your 50cc motorcycle decoration kit. Remove the protective film and make any necessary touch-ups to highlight the unique effect of your holographic decoration kit.

We use a premium vinyl specially designed for extreme motor sports (Motocross, Enduro, Quad, Karting). Our kits offer a total thickness ranging from 300 to 500 microns (depending on the chosen finish), ensuring optimal resistance to scratches, impacts, stones, and boot rubs.
Yes. Our adhesives have a strengthened glue with strong sticking power and a UV-resistant coating. This prevents the colors from fading in the sun. You can wash your vehicle with a pressure washer, just be sure to keep a safe distance (about 30-40 cm) and avoid focusing on the edges of the stickers.
