To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This applies in particular to all our bespoke decal kits, decals and accessories (colours, dimensions, specific motorcycle/scooter model).
This exclusion is communicated to you before you validate your order. By finalising your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your personalised order is not subject to the right of withdrawal.
In the event of an error on our part (a product that does not conform to your order or a manufacturing defect), we will cover the return and replacement at no cost.
Design fees — Graphic designs
The creation of a personalised graphic design constitutes a bespoke intellectual service. By ordering a design, you agree that €30.00 design fee shall be due upon delivery of the design, regardless of what action is taken regarding your order.
Pursuant to Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts fully performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period, provided that you have expressly consented to the immediate performance of the service.
By validating your design order, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the design fee of €30.00 is payable upon receipt of the design.
