RETURN POLICY
RETURN LESS THAN 14J FRANCS FREE
You have up to 14 clear working days to return your merchandise free of charge for exchange or refund, subject to verification by our after-sales service for acceptance of the refund or exchange, from the date of receipt.
- In the event that all returned merchandise is intact and conforming to the sale in its original packaging:
Either we will reimburse you in full.
Either we can make an exchange with a shipment at your expense.
Either we offer you a credit
- In the event that the goods have undergone a modification and are not in conformity with the sale:
We will send the goods back to you at your expense.
In the event of a dispute, it is subject to Spanish law and you will refer to the Court of Figuères:
