The Orange Fox design is a tribute to racing culture. It centers around a signature bright orange, contrasted by bold color blocks (black and white) and dynamic speed vectors. It’s the essential Zero design for riders who want to inject a massive dose of testosterone and MX spirit into their electric powertrain.
- Orange Fox Racing Design: A "Paddock" composition dominated by contrasting shades and a competition style. A sporty look that instantly gives the Zero XB an explosive and athletic character.
- Adjusted Zero XB Templates (25-26): Racing precision applied to the cut. Our templates fit the battery cover and streamlined scoops with deadly accuracy, allowing your Zero design to align its force lines with perfect symmetry.
- "Armor Tech" 450 Micron UV-Resistant Vinyl: Built to withstand. Our ultra-thick vinyl (motocross quality) is a true shield against gravel, branches, and abrasion. The vibrant colors of your graphics-kit are protected by a powerful UV filter to endure the harshest conditions.

Recommended finishes
To honor the Racing and Motocross DNA of the Orange Fox design, the Glossy finish is the undisputed queen: it offers that "New Plastic / Factory Bike" shiny look, ultra-easy to clean after a dusty or muddy session. If you want to give your XB a more "Secret Test Prototype" look, the Matte finish will absorb light to make the orange deeper and the whole much more aggressive. The Holographic finish will bring a modern and "US Supercross" touch under the lights.

Modifications and Validation
Once your design has been created, we’ll send it to you for approval. Take the time to examine every detail: colors, logos, and placement. You can request adjustments until you’re completely satisfied with the result. As soon as you give us the green light, we’ll move on to the next step.
The printing and cutting workshop
Production of your graphic kit
After your approval, our experts prepare the files and start production. Your kit is printed in high definition on premium vinyl, then covered with an ultra-resistant protective film (scratch- and UV-resistant). Finally, it is cut with millimeter precision to fit your plastics perfectly.

Finalization and shipping
Packaging and shipping
Each piece of your graphics kit is carefully inspected before being carefully packaged to prevent any deformation or creasing during transport. Your order is then handed over to our carrier, and you will receive a tracking number while you wait for delivery to your home.
