  • Prep the plastics. Wash, dry thoroughly, then degrease with isopropyl alcohol. No wax, silicone or dust.
  • Pick the right moment. Install indoors between 15 and 25 °C, never in direct sun or on cold plastic.
  • Dry-fit first. Position each sticker without peeling to check cut-outs and screw holes.
  • Work from the center. Peel the backing bit by bit and push air from the center to the edges with a squeegee or soft cloth.
  • Heat the curves. A hair dryer or heat gun, held at a distance, softens the vinyl on rounded areas.
  • Finish the edges. Give the edges a final touch of heat to lock them down.
  • Let it settle. Wait 24-48 h before washing the bike or riding in the rain.

Can I customize my graphics kit (Name, Number, Colors)?

Absolutely. We offer several levels of customization. With our “semi-custom” kits, you can change the race number, the rider's name, as well as the background and number plate colors to match your fairings. For a complete customization (adding specific sponsors, radically changing the design), choose our “Full Custom” options or contact our graphic design team.

Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes, for every order that includes customization, we send a digital proof (print-ready artwork) by email. Production of your motorcycle/quad graphics kit only begins after your final approval. This ensures zero errors and a result that meets your expectations 100%.

What is the thickness and quality of the vinyl used?

We use a premium vinyl specially designed for extreme motorsports (Motocross, Enduro, Quad, Karting). Our kits have a total thickness between 300 and 500 microns (depending on the finish chosen), ensuring optimal resistance to scratches, impacts, stones and boot scuffs.

Is the graphics kit UV-resistant and able to withstand pressure washing?

Yes. Our stickers feature reinforced adhesive with strong bonding power and UV-resistant lamination. This prevents the colors from fading in the sun. You can wash your vehicle with a pressure washer, just be sure to keep a safe distance (around 30-40 cm) and avoid spraying directly at the edges of the stickers.

How can I easily install my decal kit without getting bubbles?

Installing our kits is made easier by our adhesive technology, which lets you push out the air ("Bubble Free"). Here are the key steps for a successful installation :

  1. Degrease the plastics (new or old) thoroughly with brake cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.
  2. Gently heat the vinyl with a heat gun or a hair dryer to make it flexible.
  3. Apply it from the center outward.
  4. Let the kit sit for 24 to 48 hours before riding so the adhesive can fully cure (harden).

Does the kit fit original and aftermarket plastics (UFO, Acerbis, Cycra)? Our templates are extremely precise. When placing your order, it’s crucial to specify the year, exact model, and whether you’ve replaced your plastics with brands such as UFO, Acerbis, Polisport, or Cycra. We’ll adjust the cuts accordingly for a perfect fit.

What are the manufacturing and shipping times?

As each kit is printed on demand to ensure the adhesive stays fresh, please allow:

  • Design: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Production (Printing & Drying): 3 to 5 business days after approval.
  • Delivery: 24 to 48 hours with our partner carriers.Allow around 8 to 10 business days in total to receive your custom graphics kit at home.
