    Carefully clean the application area of your 50cc with a mild degreaser to remove dust, dirt, and oil residues. A clean surface is essential for your holographic decor kit to adhere properly.

  2. Measurement and Marking:

    Measure precisely the area to be decorated on your 50cc motorcycle decoration kit. Use a non-permanent pencil to lightly mark the outlines and facilitate the alignment of the vinyl during installation.

  3. Vinyl/Sticker Application:

    Partially peel off the backing of the vinyl or sticker. Carefully position it on the marked area, then gradually remove the backing while smoothing the material with a squeegee or microfiber cloth to eliminate air bubbles and ensure perfect adhesion.

  4. Finishes and Verification:

As soon as your order is confirmed, our designers transfer your ideas onto the specific template BCD RX. We ensure that every logo and colored stripe fits perfectly with the complex shapes and air vents of the covers. A high-definition digital proof (BAT) is sent to you by email.

2. Collaborative Customization and Approval
You maintain full control over your scooter’s identity. Colors, sponsors, numbers, or social networks: request as many revisions as needed. We adjust your layout freely and without limit until you give your final approval.

3. Precision Manufacturing and Shipping
Once the project is approved, we begin printing on the chosen material. Thanks to our "Air Free" adhesive technology, applying it to the rounded curves of the Booster is easier and guaranteed bubble-free. Each piece is cut to the millimeter, checked, and shipped with reinforced protection.

Specific FAQ MBK Booster RX BCD

Does the decoration kit fit the older Boosters before 2004?

Our RX BCD templates are mainly designed for models made after 2004 (Booster Spirit / Yamaha BW's). If you have fitted BCD shells on an older model, please specify this when ordering so that we can confirm the compatibility of the fastenings.

For a black Booster, we strongly recommend the Super Cosmic finish or the Chrome material. The mirror effect of the Chrome on a dark base creates a striking contrast that perfectly highlights the designers' stroke from BCD.

Absolutely. Our kits for Booster BCD are complete. They include the RX front panel, the rear shells, the skid plate, as well as parts for the mudguard. We also offer options for rim trims to achieve full visual harmony.
