Surface preparation
Thoroughly clean the bodywork with soapy water, then degrease with a suitable product. A clean surface ensures better adhesion of the decoration kit.

Optimal conditions
Work at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Avoid excessive moisture and dusty environments that could compromise the application.

Essential tools
Equip yourself with a felt squeegee, a heat gun, and a precision cutter to trim excess material.

Application technique
Start from the center of the decoration kit and work towards the edges to push out air bubbles. Use the squeegee with steady movements and press firmly.

Drying and care
Let dry for 24 hours before use. Avoid high-pressure washing for 48 hours. Your 50cc decoration kit will keep its shine with regular care.

As soon as your order is confirmed, our graphic artists transfer your ideas onto the specific template BCD RX. We ensure that each logo and each colored stripe fits perfectly with the complex shapes and air vents of the shells. A high-definition digital proof (BAT) is sent to you by email.

2. Collaborative Customization and Approval
You retain full control over your scooter’s identity. Colors, sponsors, numbers, or social networks: request as many revisions as needed. We adjust your design free of charge and without limit until you give your final approval.

3. Precision Manufacturing and Shipping
Once the project is approved, we start printing on the chosen material. Thanks to our "Air Free" adhesive technology, applying it to the rounded curves of the Booster is simplified and guaranteed bubble-free. Each piece is cut to the millimeter, checked, and shipped with reinforced protection.

Specific FAQ MBK Booster RX BCD

Our RX BCD templates are mainly designed for models made after 2004 (Booster Spirit / Yamaha BW's). If you have fitted BCD shells on an older model, please specify this when ordering so that we can confirm the compatibility of the fastenings.

For a black Booster, we strongly recommend the Super Cosmic finish or the Chrome material. The mirror effect of the Chrome on a dark base creates a striking contrast that perfectly highlights the designers' stroke from BCD.
